The plain version, and the one you can actually wear every day.
The Santa Muerte Rectangular Pendant strips the subject back to a medal. Where our Portrait piece carries a pierced scroll frame and a sculpted owl, this one is a simple rectangle with a wide plain polished border stepping down to a recessed field — no ornament anywhere on the frame at all.
Inside, Santa Muerte stands in low relief: hooded and veiled, the skull face turned out, robes falling to the foot in soft folds, the scythe held to one side with the blade arcing above her shoulder and a globe resting at the other. The carving is deliberately shallow and satin-finished, which is what lets a figure this detailed stay legible at 38mm.
The bail is a wide plain polished band matching the frame. Bright border, bright bail, matte field — three surfaces, no fuss.
At 38mm by 26.2mm and 50g in 24K it is dense for its footprint and takes a chain up to 6.5mm.
Santa Muerte is the folk saint of the last resort — petitioned for protection, healing and safe return by people the official church does not reach.
